Family Lifestyle Session - The Martens
This was my first family session of the summer, and OMG honestly these kids were the absolute SWEETEST!!! I had so much fun with them and they were so well behaved! I just love how Mom styled the family too, so perfect!

I follow a group on FB called LooksLikeFilm , https://www.lookslikefilm.com , there are SO many incredibly inspiring images posted daily. But the Fresh 48 trend is one that tugged hard on my heart strings! Especially as my kiddos get older, I just love the authenticity of them. They perfectly capture how special those first few hours in the hospital are like.
I so wish I would’ve had these done when my babies were born.
Unfortunately, I realized after shooting this session how tricky it is to schedule! I just don’t think that they are in the books for me, which breaks my heart because this was one of my fav sessions ever! I felt so honoured to be there that day!

The Whites - Family Session
The location for this shoot is at a neighbour of mine, her yard is incredible, and she has been so generous with allowing me to use it! The way the light filters through the trees in the late summer evenings is just delicious! I've actually started planning some landscaping in my own yard and I will most definitely be trying to achieve this similar look, so 20 years from now I should be ready to go, lol!
